1. Visit our e-shop

You’ll find wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs etc. from our e-shop. Our organic produce is certified.

2. Add your products to the cart.

My pressing “Add to Cart” button, chosen product will be added to your cart automatically. Contents of your cart is visible on the left side of the page. By pressing “view cart” you can change the quantities of products or remove them from your cart

3. Choose method of payment and delivery

When you have finalized your order, press “checkout”. Enter your address and choose method of payment and delivery and press “Place order”. Final invoice will be sent to your email after the order have been assemblies.

4. Please pay the invoice and you can collect goods.

If you bank transfer was your chosen method of payment, please send payment order to our e-mail (myyk@bambona.com ). Goods can be collected/deliver after we have receiver payment order.

Delivery

We deliver orders made in e-shop in Tallinn/Tartu and on previous agreement in the vicinity of Tallinn/Tartu.

Delivery in Tallinn.

  • Delivery is made from Sunday to Friday 10.00-19.00. Generally, goods are delivered on the following day or on later date if needed.
  • If order is made from 12.00 until 16.30, the earliest delivery time is following day from 13.00 until 19.00.
  • If order is made from 16.30 until 08.00, the earliest delivery time is following day from 13.00 until 19.00.
  • If order is made from 08.00 until 12.00, the earliest delivery time is following day from 10.00 until 13.00.
  • Delivery to vicinity of Tallinn is generally within 42 working days.
  • Our courier will inform you of exact delivery time by phone.
  • Delivery fee is 6 € (incl. VAT).

Delivery in Tartu

  • Delivery is made from Monday to Friday 10.00-17.00. Generally, goods are delivered within 2 working days or on later date if needed.
  • Delivery to vicinity of Tartu is generally made on previous agreement
  • Our courier will inform you of exact delivery time by phone.
  • Delivery fee is 6 € (incl. VAT).
Claims

When you collect the goods from our warehouse, we expect you to check the accordance and quality ofproducts on collection. If there are any products you have not ordered or with unsatisfying quality, please advise our worker.

These products will be marked on invoice accordingly and left to our warehouse. Claims made later will generally not be accepted.

Goods delivered by courier should be cheked Upon receipt. Goods that are not order or are with unsatisfying quality should be returned to the courier, and customer service notified via e-mail: myyk@bambona.com as soon as possible (but no later than 12 hours after receipt)
